To coordinate exchanges or returns please visit our domestic return portal

THESEVENCONTINENTS.com accepts returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of original date of receipt. All items must be returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact. We do not accept returns on merchandise that have been worn, washed, used, damaged or altered. Return shipping is available at no cost within the domestic United States. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment at checkout.  

Returns will be processed and refunded within 10-14 business days of receipt.

Please note that returns received outside the accepted return conditions are subject to refusal.

Any items purchased at a discount of 50% or greater are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. 

One-time price adjustments will be honored within 14 days of purchase if applicable.
